Ich mag demnächst meinen Job wechseln wollen (Beginn 01.02.2015).

Die Kündigungsfrist ist 30 Tage zum ende des Monats.

Das heist doch, ich müsste bis ende Dezember Kündigen um am 31.01.2015 den letzten Tag zu haben.

Welches Datum gehört dann in die Kündigung? (Fristgerecht zum ??)

Des weiteren wäre die Frage, Wieviel Urlaub habe ich da geltend zu machen bei 24 Tagen Jahresurlaub?

Volle 24 oder bloß 2?

Seit einigen Tagen habe ich unregelmäßige Freezer bei den HD+ Sendern (nur HD+)

Oscam zeigt keinerlei fehler.

Ist übrigens heutzutage Gang und Gebe das nahmhafte Hersteller sowas machen und Ihre Hardware durch solche Dinge etwas 'klonsicherer' machen, nicht das hier wieder irgendwelche Verschwörungstheorien auftreten ... wenn ihr viel Zeit und Geld in die Entwicklung neuer Hard- und Software reinsteckt, wollt ihr auch nicht das nen Monat später ne "Made in Taiwan" Klon Kopie von eurer Hardware auftaucht
