Die HTDV-fähige und mit Dual-Tuner ausgestattete Lyngbox des gleichnamigen schwedischen Herstellers soll nach langer Verzögerung im Februar ausgeliefert werden.
Das teilte der Anbieter der SAT+KABEL am Mittwoch mit. Ursprünglich sollte der LB-ST1 getaufte Allrounder bereitis Ende März des vergangenen Jahres in den Läden stehen. Zum avisierten Preis machte das Unternehmen noch keine Angaben.
Das Gerät soll die HD-Normen 1.080i und 720p in MPEG4/H.264-Kompression verarbeiten, angeblich neben dem DVB-S2-Tuner auch ein Pendant für das digitale terrestrische Fernsehen (DVB-T) nutzen, EPG und Videotext, zwei CI-Einschübe, DiSEqC 1.2 für Drehanlagen unterstützen und mit HDMI-Anschluss und einer Ethernet-Schnittstelle kommen (SAT+KABEL berichtete). Darüber lässt sich nach früheren Angaben des Herstellers eine Internet-Verbindung herstellen und über den kostenfreien Dienst Lyngsat die Kanallisten automatisch auf dem aktuellsten Stand halten.
